the muscles, creating a balanced body. Known to improve posture,
and to increase strength and flexibility. Pilates is ideal for
rehabilitation of injuries – particularly back pain – and
an enjoyable way to get more in touch with your body. |

for ten years. She is a member of the Pilates Foundation
UK Ltd whose training programme is one of the most rigorous in
the UK.
