I've found Feldenkrais to be very useful as a way of making many activities easier. With the spine at our core, any part of the spine which is not co-operating can cause difficulties with movement. Increased mobility and comfort can only lead to more pleasure and ease of movement. Particularly useful to those of us who struggle with rolling movement in Pilates class.

Pilates Equipment Tasters 3.45 - 5.00pm

These Classes offer the individual the opportunity to specifically, be it on body areas that require toning or injured areas thet require strengthening.
