Summer arrived finally! Here is our information going into the Autumn.

 

Feldenkrais will resume on 15 August, it’s going to be a bitty kind of term to allow for various activities!

For Pilates teachers and other interested professionals working in movement, Annette is running a full-day course delivered by The Movement Charity. It’s for qualified Pilates teachers who want to understand how trauma affects the people they work with, and how to create an environment where clients feel genuinely safe in their bodies, helping make sure movement becomes a positive experience rather than a counterproductive one.
