TRAINEE TESTIMONIAL

Having practised Pilates with Vanessa over a long period of time, I undertook my instructor training with her and Annette and found the training to be excellent. I especially valued the incremental way of learning Vanessa uses so I never felt overwhelmed. I have gone on to teach Pilates and love sharing the method with others. My curiosity about movement sparked by the training has continued and I have since trained as a Buff Bones instructor and Franklin Method Level 1 educator.
